In addition to providing care in the home, Partners In Care also offers patients our exclusive Hospice House facility, the only healthcare facility in Central Oregon designed exclusively for hospice patients. This warm, home-like atmosphere welcomes terminally ill patients who are in need of symptom management, skilled end-of-life care or respite care. Individualized hospice care is provided 24 hours a day by registered nurses and certified nurse aides as directed by the attending physician.Region
